NXT-HSE is led by Dean, who has more than 20 years of experience in health and safety.
Dean has worked on the tools and within Tier 1 construction environments, so he understands the realities of construction: the pressure of programmes and productivity, and the challenges faced by supervisors, trades and site managers.
He also delivers mental health awareness training, helping managers and teams recognise when someone may be struggling, start supportive conversations and know where to find further help.
Our approach is practical, proportionate and focused on helping construction teams manage risk without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
