What this website collects

This website does not have an enquiry form, does not use analytics and does not set cookies. Apart from the basic server logs described below, it does not collect personal information from visitors.

Like most websites, the server that hosts this site may briefly process technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages securely.

When you contact us

If you email dean@nxt-hse.com or contact NXT-HSE in another way, we use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange calls or visits, and provide any services you ask for. We do not keep them longer than we need to, and we do not sell your information.

Please do not send medical details, or personal details about anyone involved in an incident, in a first message. We agree how sensitive information is handled before any investigation starts.

Your rights

You have rights over your personal information under UK data protection law, including the right to access it and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
