Health and safety audits
Know what is working. Know what to fix.

How it works
Four simple steps.
- 01
Scope
Agree which sites, activities and documents are in the audit.
- 02
Review
Walk the site, read the paperwork and talk to the people doing the work.
- 03
Report
Findings in plain English, each with why it matters and who owns it.
- 04
Act
A prioritised action plan, talked through with you at handover.
Your report
What a finding looks like.
Every finding is set out the same way, so your team knows what to do, how urgent it is and who owns it.
- Observation
- Scaffold inspection records for Block B are three weeks out of date.
- Why it matters
- Without current inspections, nobody can show the scaffold is still safe to use.
- Recommended action
- Inspect before further use, then set a weekly inspection reminder.
- Priority
- High
- Owner
- Site manager
Good to know
- An audit is a snapshot of the agreed scope, not a certificate of compliance.
- Decisions and actions on the findings stay with your business.
How it is priced
Quoted to scope
Shaped by the number of sites, travel, the evidence to review and the report you need. You get a short written proposal before anything starts.
Common questions
How is an audit different from an inspection?
An inspection looks at conditions on the day. An audit also checks whether your system of planning, supervising and reviewing work is doing its job over time.
What do I need to provide?
Access to the site and the relevant documents, such as your policy, risk assessments, RAMS and training records. We confirm the list when we agree the scope.
How long does an audit take?
It depends on the scope. Before we start we agree the dates, who needs to be available and when you will receive the report.
How often should we audit?
There is no single legal frequency. Regular monitoring and review is part of good safety management, and we help you set a rhythm that fits your risks.
