Common questions
Do I legally need a health and safety adviser?
Employers must have competent help to meet their health and safety duties. That can come from inside the business or from an external adviser. Using a consultant does not transfer your legal duties, but it gives you the knowledge to meet them.
Can you cover environmental questions too?
Yes. We advise on everyday environmental duties such as waste, spill prevention and responsible site practice, and tell you plainly when a specialist is needed.
Is it ongoing or one-off?
Either. You can get in touch when a question comes up, or agree a regular arrangement. We agree the approach before any work starts.
