What to include
A few details help.
- Your name, company and a phone number if you would like a call back
- The service you need, or the problem you want to solve
- Where the work is (town or area) and the type of site
- Days and times that suit you for a call or visit
Please do not send personal or medical details about an incident by email. We agree how sensitive information is handled before any investigation starts.
