Are RAMS a legal requirement?
Risk assessment is a legal duty for employers. A method statement is how most clients and principal contractors expect the safe system of work to be written down, so in practice you will usually need both.
Can you fix RAMS that were rejected?
Yes. Send us the document and the comments and we will update it so it answers them properly.
Do you need to visit site?
Not always. For many tasks a call and photos are enough. For complex or high-risk work, a visit makes the RAMS far better.
